Ice House/Warehouse Row

This project envisions an integrated business center that includes adaptive reuse of the three multi-story historic buildings, construction of new complementary buildings and parking facilities for the site, totaling about 133,000 square feet.  Following a CEQA challenge, site plan approval was received in April 2010, however the Developer was awarded another project by GSA to provide new offices for SBA at 801 “R” Street which were recently completed.


The Developer has requested to meet with the Agency to commence construction on the remaining Icehouse buildings.  The Agency would obtain a portion of the parking lot on the east side of Santa Fe Street from the City of Fresno, construct the parking lot improvements, and lease it to the Developer on a long term basis.
