Fultonia - The Developer completed renovation of thirty-nine (39) residential units and ten (10) commercial units in a mixed-use project at 532-614 Fulton. This is the first multi-family project that the Agency has assisted in the Freeway-99 Golden State Corridor Fulton area and is the renovation of an existing 2-story, mixed-use building, constructed in 1950 with approximately 30,168 square feet. Under the Owner Participation Agreement (OPA), the Agency received covenants on 8 low-income units at 60% of AMI and 31 moderate income units.
Fultonia West - In March 2010, the Agency approved an OPA with TFS Investments, LLC to facilitate the development of a seventeen (17) unit housing project located at 541-545 North Fulton Street that will complement the Developer’s revitalization efforts across the street at the Fultonia. Under the OPA, the Agency will receive low income covenants on all seventeen (17) units. Construction commenced in June of 2011 and is scheduled to be completed in March of 2012.
