Summer Hill Place Apartments
The Agency entered into a Disposition and Development Agreement (DDA) with AMCAL Summer Hill Fund, L.P. a California limited partnership (the “Developer”), for a 1.39 acre parcel at 430 and 436 B Street (467-173-12T and 467-173-15T), and a 1.52 acre parcel at 2150 S. Elm Avenue (478-074-26T) to convey the property and facilitate the development of 49 low-income apartments and one manager’s unit on the combined sites, in the Southwest GNRA. The project was awarded Low Income Housing Tax Credits in September, 2009 and the Agency conveyed the parcel in February, 2010. Construction commenced in March, 2010.
